Large Items
When ordering items through our store, you may find when checking out that there are no shipping options presented based upon your address. This should only occur when one of the items that you have added to your cart is very large or heavy (e.g. doors and tables). 

Our store automatically does this as large and/or heavy items can be extremely expensive to ship and so rather than shipping large/heavy products we encourage in-store pick-up for those products. If you are still interested in having a larger item shipped to you, we can arrange for this to happen. Please make sure to reach out to us via our contact page for inquiry about larger items.

Smaller Items
To place an order for a smaller product, make sure that you do not have a large item in your cart. Once you have removed the large item from your cart the shipping options will re-appear when you get to the checkout.
